Proof intake checklist

Proof Intake Checklist for Fire and Storm Restoration

A verification-first checklist for deciding what can appear publicly on FireAndStormRestoration.com after the operator provides real proof and approved assets.

Public output disabled by defaultNo fake proofNo public uploads

What must be provided before proof can appear publicly

the website has real phone, address, website, and hours. Review links, project photos, credential claims, insurance certificate details, service-area finalization, and analytics decisions remain off until the operator provides verifiable information and chooses to enable public output in the proof-intake approved settings.

  • Verified Google Business Profile URL and review URL before public review buttons are enabled.
  • Verified Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, or other profile URLs before platform buttons are enabled.
  • Approved local project photos with privacy-safe alt text and proof-intake projectPhotos.publicOutputEnabled set to true before gallery images render.
  • Credential proof, license details, certification numbers, or insurance certificate details before any public credential claim is added.
  • Final service-area approval before city pages are treated as final launch pages.
  • Analytics approval and privacy-disclosure updates before any external analytics script is added.

Sensitive proof is not collected through public forms

Credential records, certificates, claim files, customer images, review-management logins, insurance documents, and analytics credentials should move through a private operator workflow. The public website form is not a file-transfer system.

  • No public upload form is enabled.
  • No secrets, passwords, SMTP settings, API keys, map keys, CRM tokens, analytics IDs, or webhook URLs are stored in the website.
  • No fake reviews, fake ratings, fake photos, fake Google Business Profile links, or fake partnerships are allowed.
  • Review schema remains disabled unless real verified review data is present and explicitly enabled later.

Activation is intentionally two-step

A real URL or local image path alone is not enough. The matching proof-intake item must also have publicOutputEnabled set to true, so proof is not accidentally published before operator sign-off.

  • Review URL guard: valid URL plus matching proof-intake publicOutputEnabled flag.
  • Approved-photo guard: safe local file path, file exists, approved true, enabled true, and projectPhotos publicOutputEnabled true.
  • Service-area finalization: current local pages must be reviewed before launch, and no new city pages are added without explicit approval.
